Our event planning services are provided to those who want that little extra help and management to ensure their event runs smoothly. Our services include:
Day-Of-Event Execution is best for those who need execution services on the day of their event. The Event Agency will take over the process the last few weeks prior to your event, communicate with your vendors and manage the timeline. You oversee the plan, and we guarantee your event runs flawlessly. We will also ensure day-of coordination and payment management runs smoothly so there are no mistakes on payments and setup.
3-Days Service will take care of event timeline and execution for; Corporate, Non-Profit, and Social engagements. Clients are responsible for all costs for each of their events.
We give you assistance with building the timeline and layout of the event. Develop Event itinerary. Finalize floor plan and flow. Best for anyone who needs a day of execution services on their event day, and will include the services in the Day-Of-Event Execution package.
Additional Onsite Assistance is for bigger events that need more staff to ensure everything goes according to plan, or if you want an extra set of helping hands to make set up and teardown easier.
We handle all of the licensing and staffing, so the only thing you have to worry about is choosing which bar service is right for you! Either our complete bar package for larger gatherings or our mobile bar package.
The Bar Service is perfect for those larger gatherings and includes all types of bar options. You can choose from; Full Liquor Bar, Beer and Wine Bar, Cash Bar, and an Open Bar. We also have other drink options such as Champagne, Coffee, Soda, Juice, and other mixers. With the bar service, we also have a bartender and cocktail waiter ready to work the bar.
The Mobile Bar Service is perfect for smaller events and includes one bartender for 4 hours with standard liquor and mixers. Specialty cocktails and upgrades are available—consumable products not included in set-up or staffing prices.
-Standard glassware is plastic/non-reusable
-Must have power and 10*10 area for each bar to be set up and power to plug for 120V- We may have extension cords and kegerators.
-Standard Bar setup includes (2) 6ft tables and standard bartending equipment per service requested.
-Requests for specialty liquors and beers must be made in advance in the initial consultation.
*Gratuity cup will be present unless "hosted gratuity" is requested
(Gratuity/Service charge is a minimum of 20% on total services for the hosted bar)

Full Wedding Service Package:
Best for those who want the full wedding service since day 1, and want help every step of the way.
- Pre-wedding consultation
- Budget management
- Vendor recommendations & bookings. You'll receive a list of the vendors we recommend as well as help with contacting and booking services.
- Communication & payment management.: there will be a structured payment plan that will be
communicated.
- Three 1 hour sessions for communications, planning invitations, and overall layout.
- Create a design and inspiration board to ensure your vision is achieved.
- Attend meetings with other vendors/services providers, with enough notice
- Detailed day-of-event timeline management
- Rehearsal coordination. This includes booking and organizing the rehearsal.
- Full day-of-event coordination (see below for details)
- Additional onsite assistant the day of the event to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Unlimited email & phone consultations within reason
Day Of Service - Wedding Planner Package:
Partial wedding planning service - best for anyone who needs wedding day execution and coordination services. The Event Agency will take over the process the last few weeks prior to your wedding, communicate with your vendors, and manage a timeline of your ceremony and reception. You oversee the plan, and we guarantee your wedding day runs flawlessly. Staff is booked in 6-hour blocks at $25-$35 per hour.

- Digital download of all photos
- Does NOT include enclosed photobooth*
Premier Package (starts at 3 hours):
Best for a company party or themed/holiday party. Includes everything from Snapshot Package plus:
- Themed photo strip border
- Custom props *requires consultation*
- Does NOT include enclosed photobooth*
Red Carpet Package (starts at 4 hours):
Best for an evening party such as anniversary, retirement, house warming, engagement, or large birthday party. Includes everything from Premiere Package plus:
- Enclosed Booth

Wedding Package:
